This Cat Walks Into Grocery Store, Steals Some Treats And Ends Up Taking A Nap

A good store will have repeat customers that come back time and time again for products and services…but not all customers have to be human. This chubby cat was spotted heading into a Tesco Express store in Rugby Warwickshire. After seemingly browsing the treats, shoppers claim it knocked over a go-cart box of treats before curling up for a rest on the supermarket floor.

Melanie Morris-Jones was the one who saw the cat was chilling next to the biscuits. Melanie was so amused by the cat that she took a picture and posted it on Facebook.

“I came across the cat just lying there next to the box of cat food it had knocked off. It had clearly tried to go for the food but I don’t know it must have just given up. I asked the cashier if she knew there was a cat over in the pet aisle. She said yes she knew it was there and that it was a regular.”

Melanie added: “To be honest I didn’t expect it to get so much attention. It was a bit ironic that the cat was down that aisle as it looked quite plump and well-looked after. Its certainly not something you see every day.”

No it definitely isn’t but if you didn’t know already…cat’s own everything so they don’t need to pay!
