Death takes us away in mysterious ways. While we won’t know for sure when or how we’ll leave this world, it’s a fact that we all have to make peace with at some point. Artist Jenny Jinya, explores the possibilities of a afterlife with few comics she’s created, and they’re really soul touching.
One is about a dog titled “good boy” who passed away a lot sooner than you’d expect, and the other is about an equally good lady whose black fur prevented many people from getting to know her.
While these comics cover a difficult subject matter, Jenny has found a way to present death as something hopeful, rather than devastating. Who knows, maybe it isn’t as bad as we picture it?

“There are dozens of posters and infographics with various statistics about abandoned or abused animals. Many know the problems, but such information is quickly forgotten, I try to give a voice to the victims with my comics. I want the affected pets to be able to tell their own stories. I hope I can raise awareness this way.”The artist said she can’t decide if death is just a state or the beginning of a new adventure: “Who knows. I’m not the one to answer that. But I like to imagine death as a person who is just doing their job. People hate them for what they’re doing, but in the end, someone has to do it. I like to imagine Death to be a gentle and insightful being.” – Jenny

“For all I know, we could be part of the biggest MMORPG in the whole universe, but there’s no way of knowing it,” Jenny concluded. “Now go and hug your pet!”
People started relating to the first strip by sharing pictures of their black kitties
